Job Description
Job Title: Medical Claims Officer - MBBS
Key Responsibilities:
Medical Claims Supervision:
Supervise end-to-end processing of medical claims, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with policy terms and regulatory requirements.Provider Negotiations:
Handle claims under negotiation with healthcare providers, ensuring fair outcomes and adherence to service agreements.Claims Authorization:
Approve, process, or escalate claims according to authority limits and company guidelines.Reporting & Analytics:
Compile and analyze reports on claims volume, processing trends, rejection rates, and team KPIs to support continuous improvement.Process Enhancement:
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Compliance, IT, Finance) to implement process updates and streamline workflows.Qualifications:
Medical Doctor (MBBS) Degree holder. Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in medical insurance claims . Solid understanding ofpolicy interpretation
, regulatory compliance, and provider negotiations. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.You can also send your cv directly to:
