Medical Center Manager

Job Description
***All applicants must be currently based in Bahrain and have experience in a healthcare setting.*** Summary of Job:
- Is responsible for managing the medical center affairs.
- Is responsible for the administrative duties of the medical center.
- Is tasked with greeting and accommodating all patients and visitors and ensuring that their visit to the medical center is smooth.
- Is responsible for answering phone calls and taking phone messages.
- Greets patients and visitors upon arrival to the medical center in a polite and friendly manner, and assists them with any requests.
- Schedules and confirms appointments daily.
- Sends the instructions to all patients before and after any treatment.
- Sends welcoming and thank you messages to all patients.
- Assists patients with referral to other doctors.
- Receives payment from the patients.
- Ensures to smoothly move the patients through the intake and checkout process.
- Maintains office records and files, and ensures to scan the files of each patient and enter their information in the system.
- Gives the patient a form to be filled up and answers all of their questions promptly.
- In charge of dealing with correspondence, reports, memos, and forms as directed by the practice manager and medical directors.
- Receives complaints and suggestions.
- Interacts with the accountant with regards to daily patient billing.
- Maintains the neatness of the front desk area.
- H.S. graduate
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is preferred in a management-related field
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Previous experience in healthcare / management setting.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong management skills
- Good organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Neat and friendly appearance
- Teamwork skills
- Very punctual
