, designed to support and accelerate the careers of talented Emirati graduates in the pharmaceutical industry. This structured 18-24 month program offers hands-on experience across a range of departments, aiming to build the next generation of leaders in both Commercial and Medical functions.


This track is ideal for those looking to build a strong foundation in scientific and clinical domains.



Qualifications



Emirati National with UAE Family Book


Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Pharmacy, or Science is required.


Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a passion for healthcare innovation
