We're Hiring: Medical Assistant (Western Region - Abu Dhabi)
Via Medica International Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Medical Assistant to support our healthcare team in the Industrial Medicine setting.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Licensed Nurse in Home Country
• Valid BLS certificate
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Must be willing to relocate to the Western Region of Abu Dhabi

Key Duties:

• Assists in conducting pre-employment physicals, drug and alcohol screenings, vision and hearing tests, and other physical assessments required for specific job roles.
• Take and record vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist physicians or registered nurses in treating work-related injuries, such as minor cuts, sprains, or burns.
• Maintaining and updating confidential electronic health records (EHRs) for employees.
• Documenting medical histories, exam results, and injury reports in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assists in the documentation and reporting required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
• Schedule appointments for employees with doctors, specialists, or for follow-up care.
• Handle communication with employees, management, and other departments regarding health and safety protocols.
• Manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that the occupational health clinic is well-stocked and all instruments are properly sterilized and maintained.

Work Schedule:

• 60 hours per week
• 1 or 2 days off (depending on operational needs)

• AED 3,500/month
