Medical And Market Access Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with government tender teams, support tender submissions, and maintain strong knowledge of procurement and tender processes.
Set and analyze pricing strategies, conduct pharmacoeconomic evaluations, and develop value dossiers and business cases.
Assist with product registration activities and ensure all market access initiatives comply with local regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
Engage with government authorities, agencies, and partners to support listing and access decisions, including identifying opportunities with charity organizations.
Liaise with suppliers to gain scientific and technical product insights, provide compliant medical input, and ensure smooth market introduction of new products.
Analyze the product portfolio for business development opportunities and deliver scientific training while serving as a market access reference across teams.
Requirements:
Pharmacy degree or medical qualification.
Hands-on experience with Kuwait's government healthcare sector, tenders, and regulatory affairs.
Proactive, analytically strong, and possesses a solid understanding of pharmaceutical market access.
