Medical Governance & Compliance: Implement robust medical governance frameworks to ensure ethical engagement, compliance with regulations, and scientific integrity.
Team Leadership & Development: Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing medical affairs team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Stakeholder Influence: Represent the company at key medical and scientific forums, shaping policy, clinical practice, and payer decision-making through impactful engagement and thought leadership.

Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD strongly preferred).
Proven experience leading medical strategy, stakeholder engagement, and evidence generation in the GCC or wider MEA region.
Strong understanding of clinical development, regulatory requirements, and market access dynamics.
