Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Photography

: Capture high-quality images for projects, events, social media, marketing materials, and internal use.

Photo Editing

: Edit and enhance photos using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva to ensure they meet brand standards.

Social Media Posting

: Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor activity and respond to interactions as needed.

Media Support

: Assist in managing various media channels, ensuring content is timely, on-brand, and aligned with company objectives.

Image Handling

: Extract, resize, and prepare images for use in digital and print materials.

Content Creation

: Contribute to the development of both visual and written content for marketing campaigns and day-to-day posts.

Campaign Assistance

: Support the marketing team during campaign rollouts with media-related tasks and creative input.

Brand Consistency

: Ensure all visuals and messaging are aligned with the company's branding guidelines.

Basic Reporting

: Help monitor media performance (e.g., social media reach and engagement) and provide simple reports or updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Photography

: Experience with digital photography, including using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and styling.

Photo Editing Tools

: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Canva.

Social Media Tools

: Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform scheduling features.

Creativity

: A good eye for design, detail, and storytelling through visuals.

Communication

: Ability to write simple, engaging captions and content ideas.

Organizational Skills

: Able to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and multitask when needed.

Education

: Degree or diploma in Media, Photography, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Team Player

: Willing to collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other team members.
