: Doleep Studios, a leading Content Creation, Advertising and Events agency in the UAE, is hiring! You will be responsible for increasing company revenue by consulting and closing deals with existing clients or new prospects. You will also act as an intermediary between other departments within Doleep Studios, to ensure the success of the clients. This position will be loved by especially self-driven individuals who value measurable results-oriented work culture, are confident in their abilities to multitask, are excellent communicators, and can handle regular sales pressure with a positive attitude. Responsibilities:
Achieve the sales targets
Managing the entire sales cycle from servicing a potential client to securing a deal
Process incoming queries and close deals in media content, advertising, and events services of the company
Understand the needs of existing and potential clients to consult on the best solutions
Create & work with proposals and budget estimates based on client project requirements
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
Reach out to potential clients through other business development initiatives
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction and to maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation
Supply management with reports on needs, interests, competitive activities, and potential for purchase of new products and services
Study the company-provided sales training materials & successfully pass organizational performance tests
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Executive, B2B sales, or marketing role in the UAE
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent selling and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales with target and commission system
Excellent communication, presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Previous experience with Google Suite products (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)
Working knowledge of CRM practices
Proven ability to build productive business professional relationships
Working knowledge of modern corporate project practices such as quotation, purchase order, invoicing
Ability to create, and edit proposals, paperwork to bid for tender projects, etc.
Time management and other organizational skills
BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
UAE valid driving license is a plus
