We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow agency revenue across digital marketing, social media, content creation, and media production services. Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across multiple sectors (F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, retail, corporate, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while upselling and cross-selling services. Present media proposals, pitch creative solutions, and participate in client meetings. Work closely with the creative, social media, and production teams to develop winning campaigns. Monitor sales KPIs, prepare weekly reports, and track performance. Attend networking events and industry gatherings to grow leads. Maintain deep knowledge of digital trends, media buying, content production, and marketing solutions.

. Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing packages, content creation, and media solutions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong network in the UAE market (advantage). Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment. Arabic or English fluency (both are a plus). UAE driving license is an advantage.
