We are seeking two dynamic, results-oriented, and highly motivated Media
Sales Executives to join our growing team. The primary focus of these roles will be to drive
advertising sales within the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) segment across
Dubai and potentially other Emirates. The ideal candidates will possess excellent sales
acumen, a deep understanding of the local business landscape, and the ability to build
strong client relationships. Fluency in Malayalam is essential to effectively engage with a
significant portion of our target market.
Key Responsibilities:
SME Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising clients
within the SME sector across various industries.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with SME clients, understanding their business objectives and evolving media needs.
Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct thorough needs assessments, presenting tailored media solutions (e.g., digital, print, radio, outdoor, event sponsorships) that align with clients' marketing goals and budgets.
Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent follow-up and effective prioritization.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the SME market to identify new opportunities.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
Leverage Language Skills: Effectively communicate and build rapport with Malayalam-speaking business owners and decision-makers.
Qualifications & Experience:
Mandatory: Fluency in Malayalam (speaking, reading, and writing) is required to effectively engage with the target market.
Mandatory: Valid UAE Driving License is essential.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates from media sales, advertising sales, or a related industry.
Demonstrable track record of success in acquiring and managing SME accounts.
Strong understanding of various media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
