ROLE SUMMARY
The Media Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of media campaigns. The role involves managing multiple internal and external stakeholders, including advertising clients. The Media Manager oversees the campaign calendar and ensures alignment across teams. They also lead the translation of briefs into actionable plans and secure necessary approvals for final content execution.

ROLE PROFILE
- Develop and manage end-to-end media campaign plans, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams, brands, and media agencies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and media teams across the organization to align on media strategies and goals.
- Analyze media performance, implement A/B testing strategies, and share insights for continuous optimization.
- Monitor financial performance by tracking campaign budgets and sales targets, and address any deviations proactively.
- Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, seeking feedback, and supporting overall team performance and growth.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with over 5 years of proven experience in media or marketing campaign management.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to drive results and solve problems effectively.
- Exhibit agility in adapting to client needs, with excellent planning, organizational, and project leadership capabilities.
- Use data-driven insights to inform campaign strategy, showing a proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing priorities.
