Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and creative Media Manager to oversee our company's media planning, buying, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and traditional media channels, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to maximize brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
? Media Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Research target audiences, market trends, and media consumption behaviors.
• Select appropriate media channels (digital, social, TV, radio, print, etc.) to optimize reach and engagement..

? Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate with external agencies and media partners for campaign execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging media technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:
? Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in media planning, buying, or digital marketing.
• Proven experience in managing multi-channel media campaigns.

? Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, programmatic ad platforms, etc.).
• Proficiency in media planning software and ad management platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising strategies.

? Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
