Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Abu Dhabi for a Media and Influencer Relations Coordinator. The Media and Influencer Relations Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing media and influencer relations strategies to raise awareness of Sandooq Al Watan\'s initiatives and activities, as well as build and maintain relationships with members of the media and social media influencers. Responsibilities Development and execution of tactical and seasonal marketing campaigns and events across all channels of marketing including digital performance marketing and social media o Management of supplier liaison relationship from idea to implementation and post-event management and reporting. o Tailor the message and platform according to the audience. Consulting with Program Management teams to assess and understand the event needs including: o Content development and management. o Working with agencies across creative, PR, digital performance, events, social media and print formats. \xc2\xb7Create, manage and execute annual and monthly calendars for social media, digital marketing, ATL, and BTL campaigns with the team, with prior sign-off from the Director General Data analysis of pre-and post-campaign reports to evaluate ROI and inform strategy for future events. Staying up to date on local/ regional/ global social trends, influencer updates, consumer research, knowledge sharing and stakeholder/ donor/ sponsor news. Working across all communication platforms, including but not limited to TV, interviews, newspapers, marketing collateral, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), radio, publications, and MICE. Enhancing community engagement through regular event and activity updates. Management and coordination for all content requirements, in English and Arabic, across posters, marketing collateral, social media posts, etc. Creating and regularly updating the network database of journalists, influencers, publicists, media contacts, subject matter experts, thought leaders, artists, celebrity speakers, etc Monitor insights and monthly reports on online metrics, including engagement, growth, reach and top-performing posts. Monitoring quality and frequency of postings, budget spending, strategy and efficient execution of campaigns, and reporting to the Media & Communications Manager on media effectiveness. Assisting the Media & Communications Manager in developing the marketing plan, events calendar & budgets. Designing and delivering internal events for Sandooq Al Watan employees, working closely with the HR department on expected outcomes (eg employee engagement, national events, culture building, celebrations, etc). Carrying out from time to time, and as directed, any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in media and influencer relations, public relations, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic Demonstrated experience in developing media and influencer relations strategies, managing press events, and building and maintaining relationships with media and influencers Experience in executing PR campaigns and crisis communication plan, and the ability to track results and report performance effectively Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent organizational skills To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter with the subject field "Job Post 015 Media & Influencer" to HR@swatan.a Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
