Responsibilities: - Conducting high-quality research and contributing to the academic community. - Teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Media Communication. - Engaging in curriculum development and enhancement. - Advising and mentoring students. - Participating in departmental meetings, committees, and other service activities.
Job Profile
Qualifications: - A doctoral degree in communication or a related field from a reputable university is required. - Demonstrated excellence in research with a robust research agenda. - Ability to teach in one or more of the following areas: integrated marketing communication, digital media, media theory, social media, content creation, and media planning. - While prior experience in teaching advertising and public relations is advantageous, we encourage applicants who exhibit proficiency in teaching a diverse range of courses within the department\xe2\x80\x99s curriculum. - Strong commitment to bridging theoretical knowledge with skills-based instruction. - Ability to effectively teach and mentor students from diverse cultural and national backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications: - Record of effective teaching at the university level. - Experience in integrating technology and innovative teaching methods. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
