We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven
Media Buyer
with 4+ years of proven experience in planning, negotiating, and executing paid media campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Programmatic), outstanding analytical skills, and a strong grasp of ROI-focused media strategy.
He/She must be a native Arabic speaker
with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Conduct media planning based on marketing goals, audience research, and budget allocation.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance daily, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Manage and track media budgets to ensure efficient ad spend and maximum ROI.
Work closely with creative and content teams to align ad visuals and messaging with campaign objectives.
Coordinate A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and placements to drive continuous improvement.
Stay updated on market trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Evaluate and onboard media buying tools, DSPs, and automation solutions where applicable.
Generate post-campaign reports and contribute to quarterly and annual performance reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
Minimum
4 years of hands-on experience
in media buying or digital advertising.
Proficiency with advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DV360, etc.).
Strong understanding of KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and CAC.
Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and budget tracking.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-based decisions.
Native Arabic speaker
with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
Experience in both B2C and B2B campaigns is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, or similar.
Experience with affiliate marketing or influencer-driven campaigns.
Knowledge of tracking tools and pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
Familiarity with creative briefing and campaign storytelling strategies.
