Media Buyer
to plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing advertising budgets, maximizing ROI, and driving high-quality traffic, engagement, and sales. This role demands a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuously improving digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with our marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns align with brand goals and performance targets.
Tasks/ Duties:
Launch, lead, and level up ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and beyond.
Dig into audience insights to find the perfect platforms and placements -- no budget wasted.
Track, tweak, and turbocharge campaign performance to smash KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
Sync up with the creative team to make sure your ads not only perform, but look great.
Own the budget like a pro -- allocate wisely, spend smart, and maximize every dirham.
Build reports that don't just show numbers -- they tell a story, with insights that matter.
Keep one eye on trends and the other on competitors -- always stay one step ahead.
Experiment with new formats, platforms, and creative strategies to stay fresh and drive results.
Set up and monitor tracking, attribution, and pixel tools to ensure clean, accurate data.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years managing paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Proven Performance:
Demonstrated ability to drive high ROAS and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
Data-Driven:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) to optimize performance.
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with pixel setup, event tracking, and ensuring proper integration across social platforms.
Creative Skills:
Ability to craft compelling ad creatives and continuously test to improve engagement.
Clear Communication:
Strong ability to present insights and campaign strategies to both internal teams and clients.
Multitasking Ability:
Efficiently manage multiple campaigns across various platforms without compromising quality.
Self-Motivated:
Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
