Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads
Develop media buying strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets
Monitor daily campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Optimize targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and budgets
Coordinate with content, design, and strategy teams for ad creatives and copy
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Track pixels, events, and conversions (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM)
Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies
Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates
Requirements
2-5+ years of experience as a Media Buyer / Performance Marketer
Proven experience with Meta Ads & TikTok Ads (Google Ads is a plus)
Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns
Experience working with marketing agencies is preferred
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
Familiarity with CRM systems and tracking tools
Strong communication and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
