Digital Marketing Assistant (Female) - Pre-Employment InternshipMain Mission:
Support our team in managing digital campaigns and contributing to the growth of our e-commerce brands.
Responsibilities:
Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on:
? Facebook Ads
? Google Ads
? TikTok Ads
with goals focused on customer acquisition and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and strategically deploy cross-channel campaigns Conduct daily performance analysis (KPIs: CPA, CTR, etc.) Test creatives and audiences Optimize budgets in real time Send detailed daily reports Ability to work independently
Training & Trial Period:
Month 1: Paid Pre-Employment Internship
Intensive training on our processes and tools Compensation: 50% of the monthly gross salary Evaluation of key skills
Upon successful completion:
Full-time employment with full salary + performance bonus (based on achieving objectives)
