Valor Real Estate is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate firm based in Dubai. We specialize in both off-plan and ready properties and are now expanding our marketing team to scale our digital presence and lead generation.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a talented and experienced Media Buyer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil etc language and have a strong grasp of real estate or e-commerce campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc. Analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI. Perform audience research, A/B testing, and ad placement strategy. Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad content. Prepare campaign performance reports and propose improvements.

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience in media buying or paid performance marketing Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital platforms Strong analytics and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) Fluency in Arabic or Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, etc. is mandatory Experience in real estate or e-commerce preferred Based in UAE with immediate or short-notice availability
