isseeking a results-drivenMedia Buyer
to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling digital ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads and maximize ROI.Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
Optimize campaigns to improvelead quality, CPL, and conversion rates
Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative optimization Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with project goals Monitor market trends and competitor activities in real estate advertisingRequirements
Proven experience as a
Media Buyer
(1 real estate experience ) Strong knowledge ofMeta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience inlead generation campaigns
Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly Good communication and reporting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications
Real estate or property marketing background Experience with CRM and lead tracking tools Knowledge of landing pages and funnel optimization
