We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer with experience managing performance campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok--specifically for medical and dental centers in the UAE. The ideal candidate has strong skills in campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting, and reporting. They will work closely with the creative team and CRM coordinators to ensure high quality leads and improved booking rates. This role does not require advanced automation, AI integration, or full-stack analytics (handled in house). Instead, focus is on execution, optimization, and consistency
Key Responsibilities
1. Meta Ads (Primary)
Create, manage, and optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and awareness.
Build and test audiences, placements, and objectives. o Conduct daily campaign checks (CPM, CTR, CPL, Frequency, Results).
Launch A/B tests for creatives, hooks, and offers.
Maintain organized campaign structures and naming conventions.
Monitor lead quality and work with the CRM/sales teams to improve follow-up.
2. Google Ads
Set up and manage Search campaigns for medical keywords.
Optimize Quality Score, CPC, and conversion tracking.
Review search terms weekly and maintain negative keyword lists.
Ensure campaigns follow DHA/MOH ad policies where needed.
3. TikTok Ads
Launch and test short-form video campaigns.
Implement hook-based creative testing.
Monitor creatives fatigue and audience performance.
4. Lead Quality Improvement
Review Zoho/HubSpot lead reports to identify low-quality sources.
Coordinate with the call center/sales team to improve connection rate.
Track "no answer," "duplicate," and invalid leads.
5. Landing Pages & Creative Coordination
Request new LP changes, creatives, and UGC requirements.
Provide insights: best-performing hooks, thumbnails, and messages.
Review pre-landing flow and ensure tracking works correctly.
6. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering: ? Spend, Leads, CPL ? CTR, CPM, Frequency ? Lead quality insights ? Top campaigns & underperformers
Maintain dashboards inside Google Sheets or Data Studio.
7. Basic Tracking Knowledge (No coding required)
Understand how to check events inside Meta Events Manager.
Verify pixel issues (duplicate events, missing events).
Coordinate with developers for technical fixes. Required Skills
1-3 years experience in performance marketing (Meta required).
Background in medical/dental clinic ads is a strong advantage.
Good understanding of lead generation funnels.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or HubSpot is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organized workflow.
