Key Responsibilities
Develop, present, and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, alongside with maintaining a good relationship with media partners.
Develop, manage, and monitor paid media budgets, ensuring all campaigns are launched on time and within financial limits, managing pacing and expenditure.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement paid media efforts.
Analyze target audiences and media consumption habits to recommend the most effective channels.
Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with media partners and vendors to gain access to exclusive inventory and value-added opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance in real-time, focusing on key metrics (
ROI, CPA, CTR
), and implement tactical adjustments to improve results.
Conduct rigorous A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign performance.
Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards for the management and the team, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement strategy
Implement real-time adjustments to campaign settings (e.g., bids, audience segments, budget allocation) to improve efficiency and performance against defined KPIs.
Stay up-to-date on the industry trends, emerging media platforms, new ad technologies, and competitor activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and tracking methodologies (UTM, Conversion API).
3+ years of direct experience in media buying.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint).
Ability to
work under pressure
and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
