Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Programmatic).
Plan, negotiate, and purchase advertising inventory to achieve campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize in real time to meet KPIs.
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Prepare detailed reports, insights, and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure accurate spend tracking.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
Proven track record of running successful paid media campaigns.
Proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
