What You'll Do
Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Optimize ads daily to improve performance and lower cost-per-lead.
Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Set up tracking (pixels, conversion events) and retargeting campaigns.
Analyze campaign data and create performance reports.
Work with our creative team on ad copy and visuals tailored to you.
Build and update landing pages in WordPress to improve conversions.
Stay updated on the latest ad trends, platform changes, and policies.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with clinics or hospitals.
Proven track record as a media buyer.
Strong knowledge of Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Comfortable using WordPress for landing page setup and edits.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Bonus: Experience with lead generation and high-ticket campaigns.
