Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Research & Planning:

Identify target audiences and analyze market trends, consumer data, and new media opportunities to develop effective advertising strategies.

Negotiation & Purchasing:

Negotiate with media owners and sales companies to secure the best ad space and airtime rates for campaigns across traditional (TV, radio, print) and digital (social media, online) platforms.

Campaign Management:

Oversee media buys, ensure creative placement, and manage campaign budgets to optimize media mix and achieve client objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

Track campaign costs, audience figures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze effectiveness and optimize spending for better ROI.

Client & Team Collaboration:

Report on campaign performance and market trends to clients and collaborate with media planners, creative teams, and other marketing staff to develop and implement successful campaigns.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with media sales companies and clients to facilitate future campaigns.
