- Provide administrative support to media professionals such as scheduling, preparing reports, maintaining contact lists, and assisting with media plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the coordination of media campaigns by monitoring performance, making adjustments, and providing support in the preparation of presentations and briefings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research and analyze data to support media plans, assisting with the identification of target audiences and determining the most effective media channels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Help prepare and distribute press releases and other media materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage media databases, track coverage, and prepare daily or weekly reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with creative teams to develop engaging media content for various platforms, such as social media, email, and website.
- Bachelor\'s degree in communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a relevant field \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year of relevant experience in media planning, media buying, journalism, or public relations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
