3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, compressors, fans, blowers, and piping systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure proper operation of mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults and breakdowns.
• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment.
• Conduct alignment of pumps, motors, and rotating equipment.
• Maintain lubrication schedules and ensure equipment reliability.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Support other maintenance teams (electrical/plumbing) when required.
• Tools and Equipment: Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and HVAC basics.
• Ability to use mechanical tools, measuring instruments, and alignment tools.
• Good understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
