Program Overview:

This comprehensive program is structured in two phases:

Years 1-2: Intensive Training & Development

You'll undergo rigorous training to build a strong foundation in mechatronics, preparing you for the MTU certification exams.

Years 3-4: Full-Time Employment

Upon successful completion of the training and certification, you'll transition into a full-time employee role, applying your expertise in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation & Certification Milestones:

Your dedication will be rewarded with a structured compensation plan tied to your progress and certification achievements:

First 30 Months:

You will receive a monthly stipend of

AED 10,000

.

After 30 Months & Level 1 Exam:

Upon successfully passing the Level 1 MTU exam, your monthly salary will increase to

AED 14,000

.

After 45 Weeks (from Level 1) & Level 2 Exam:

Following the successful completion of the Level 2 MTU exam, your monthly salary will remain

AED 14,000

.

After 8 Weeks (from Level 2) & Level 3 Exam:

After successfully passing the Level 3 MTU exam, your monthly salary will increase to

AED 18,000

.

Subsequent Two Years:

You will continue as a full-time employee at this increased salary for an additional two years.

Commitment:

This program requires a

four-year commitment

to the company. We are investing significantly in your training and development, and we expect a mutual commitment.

Qualifications & Interview Process:

To be considered for this program, candidates must:

Be a

fresh graduate

with a degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or

Electrical Engineering

. Demonstrate a strong desire to specialize in mechatronics and achieve MTU certification. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Be able to commit to the full four-year program.
