Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machines.
Design and improve automation systems to enhance productivity.
Install, test, and commission new equipment and instrumentation.
Work with PLCs, sensors, motors, actuators, dosing systems, and control systems.
Analyze machine performance and propose engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
Good knowledge about GMP and ISO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's
degree in
Mechatronics Engineering
.
2 years of experience
in industrial, manufacturing environments (detergents or FMCG preferred).
Strong skills in electrical troubleshooting, mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Experience with PLC programming, automation systems, and control instruments.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Preferred Skills
Practical skills on problem solving.
Knowledge of industrial sensors and automation components.
Experience with maintenance management systems.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
