We are hiring an MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING DRAFTSMAN to join our team!!!

We are currently seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC) Draftsman to join our team at Kalandoor Building Contracting LLC. The ideal candidate should have experience in MEP drafting (Electrical, plumbing & HVAC) and prepare detailed MEP drawings and layouts based on project specifications and is proficient with a strong understanding of specific project requirements or standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience with mega projects and Interior Fit-out is preferred. Strong knowledge of all MEP aspects, including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV, Electrical, and MEP Coordination. Should be efficient in AutoCAD in particular to power layout, Drainage layout, Lighting layout, Water Supply, RCP & Load calculations Knowledgeable in Nakheel, Trakhees, JGE & Dubai authority approvals
