Mechanical Water Engineer
Job Description
- Supervises and implements water works - pipe laying, fire hydrants, house connections, etc. - Supervises draughtsman's preparation of all shop drawings required for submission - Prepares materials for submissions in coordination with the suppliers - Performs quantity take-offs for all materials and prepares all documents required for the preparation of MIR, WIR, & RCDR - Prepares cost breakdown for items not found in the BOQs and Scope of Works and discusses them with the PM & QS prior to submission - Prepares monthly progress reports for ADDC and the Company's Planners - Sends out RFIs and replies to Consultant's correspondences - Coordinates with the MEP Team with regard to water works, weekly report, consumption logs, correspondences, etc. - Monitors subcontractor's site works Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
