Qualification: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering; courses in technical services will be an advantage. 2. Minimum 8 - 10 years' experience in FM technical services. 3. Minimum 4 - 5 years' in Training technical services. 4. Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills. 5. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives. 7. Preferred age bracket 32 - 40 years. 8. Salary range between Riyals Omani 700 - 800. 9. GCC driving license is a must. 10. Nationality preference Indian, for the sole reason of communicating better with technicians. 11. Linguistic ability: English, Hindi, Urdu.

JOB TITLE: Technical Subject Matter Expert DEPARTMENT: Facilities Management & Engineering Services (FMES) RESPONSIBLE TO :G.M. Facilities Management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position you will be responsible for the overall training and development for all technical employees and operations support of Facilities Management and Engineering Services Division. You will be reporting to GM Facilities Management. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a new position established in FMES in order to improve and upgrade the quality of our technical services and ensure total customer satisfaction.

Training: Develop Content: Technical, Operational, Quality & Health and Safety. Develop and equip the training centre. Provide training in the training centre and on site.

Subject Matter Expertise: · Provide Technical Support to Operations when required. · Participate in recruitments. · Participate in projects mobilizations. · Develop SOPs. · Technical and Operational Audits.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify the training requirements for Technicians and Supervisors. 2. Set training calendar plan for the field staff to cover all current projects. 3. Conduct continuous training courses / programs as required at the Training Center and at the Operational Sites (on job training across the Sultanate of Oman) to ensure that all technicians and supervisors are trained to follow high level at international standards in preventive maintenance, using calibrated measurement instruments and tools, repair HVAC, pumps and all other equipment and all other issues relevant to technical services. 4. Draft training contents, discuss / review it with Supervisors, Contracts Manager and get it approved by Operation Manager. 5. Co-ordinate / liaise with the assigned project Contracts Manager to ensure that training meet its targets and .... adjust, plan, an improve accordingly 6. Support Operations team in projects to improve their performance by continuous monitoring and evaluation and risk identification. 7. Conduct assessments for the trainees and take corrective measures as and when required. 8. Conduct site Audits in coordination with the Contracts Managers and Operation Managers and ISO Auditors 9. Set the KPIs at the beginning of any new project in coordination with the Contracts Managers and ensure that the goals are achieved during the project. 10. Strive to achieve the highest level of proficiency for all competencies and skills required from the Technicians and Supervisors to perform their roles. 11. Assure that the implementation of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) and corrective services for regular and special cleaning are carried out properly in coordination with the Supervisors. 12. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports to be submit to G.M. Facilities Management as and when required. 13. To comply with the Company's Policies, Procedures and written instructions. 14. To fulfill Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety management system - especially handling Chemicals. 15. To support the Company's Quality and safety Policies ISO 9001:2015 and 45001:2018 and actively participate in the achievement of Company and departmental Quality objectives.
