Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical repair teams in ship repair operations.
Diagnose and supervise maintenance on rotating machinery, 2-stroke & 4-stroke engines, gearboxes, and propulsion systems.
Plan mechanical repair activities, allocate work, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare work logs, reports, and progress updates.
Requirements
Marine Ship Repair experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of marine engines, propulsion, and rotating equipment.
Proven supervisory experience in mechanical shipyard operations.
