: Plans, supervises and controls mechanical maintenance activities at USGIF Utilities & Gas Injection \xe2\x80\x8eplatforms. Ensures safe & efficient maintenance whilst meeting the complexes power \xe2\x80\x8erequirements, HSE & integrity KPI\xe2\x80\x99s targets. Maintenance activities includes repairs, installation and \xe2\x80\x8ecommissioning of wide range of mechanical, rotating, static machinery & assists/ supervises major \xe2\x80\x8eoverhaul works, installation of new mechanical, rotating machinery & static equipment

• Plans and controls the equipment maintenance of the Gas Plants and accommodation \xe2\x80\x8eplatforms in line with approved procedures, to ensure safe and efficient operations.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Reviews/ studies performance of the equipment reliability and availability of the \xe2\x80\x8eaccommodation, workshop and gas injection plants, highlights problem areas/ short comings \xe2\x80\x8e& recommends to supervisor to take appropriate corrective measures to enhance/ promote \xe2\x80\x8eperformance, including modification/ fabrication work.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Recommends necessary repairs/ modifications, methods of improvement & maintenance \xe2\x80\x8escheduling as required. Exhaust all possible options to accomplish cost effective maintenance \xe2\x80\x8eactivities.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Evaluates technically, engineering packages/ proposals initiated by DED & Technical Support \xe2\x80\x8eDivisions engineers including, surveying the plant highlighting discrepancies/ anomalies and \xe2\x80\x8erecommending appropriate alternatives supported with necessary engineering drawings.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Coordinates activities and planning for isolating the plant and issuing of necessary hot/ cold \xe2\x80\x8eworks permits to ensure that the Company\xe2\x80\x99s operations are not interrupted in anyway. \xe2\x80\x8e
• Monitors and evaluates the reliability of rotating machinery and develops performance \xe2\x80\x8emeasurement tools. Ensures appropriate implementations of the developed performance \xe2\x80\x8emeasurement tools. \xe2\x80\x8e
• Supervises and follows up preventive/ breakdown maintenance works of all mechanical \xe2\x80\x8eequipment/ facilities including safety systems, rotating machinery, turbines, pumps, \xe2\x80\x8ecompressors, valves, vessels structure and plant caisson legs, to ensures safe/ smooth/ \xe2\x80\x8eefficient operations.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Supervises maintenance/ repair works carried out by contractors on the USGIF to ensures \xe2\x80\x8ecompliance with specifications, code of practices and scope of work determined, \xe2\x80\x8erecommends acceptance of completion. Supervises the major overhauls, repairs and \xe2\x80\x8ecalibrations for USGIF pressure safety valves.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Ensures that implementations of all modification, maintenance and fabrication works are \xe2\x80\x8ecarried out on the Production plant areas in adherence to the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Standards and \xe2\x80\x8eapproved specifications.\xe2\x80\x8e

• Supervises and participates when necessary, in commissioning of new projects \xe2\x80\x8ein liaison with project team and contractors satisfactory completion of work.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Ensures adherence of all personnel & contractors under his supervision to the \xe2\x80\x8eCompany\xe2\x80\x99s safety standards, regulations & procedures in all activities carried out \xe2\x80\x8eon USGIF platforms. \xe2\x80\x8e
• Analyses plants performance and maintenance costs statistics and recommends \xe2\x80\x8eimprovement of Maintenance Strategies and spare parts stock utilizations.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Participates in maintenance planning by reviewing/ reporting anticipated future \xe2\x80\x8erequirements of overhauls, maintenance, repairs and spare parts, changing \xe2\x80\x8efrequency of inspection according to work requirements and updating works \xe2\x80\x8eidentification system of routine maintenance and regular checks to rectify \xe2\x80\x8edefects.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Ensures efficient monitoring/ checking of plant and equipment performance, \xe2\x80\x8einspects/ investigates the abnormalities & recommends appropriate actions and \xe2\x80\x8eparticipates in commissioning of new installations in conjunction with the relevant \xe2\x80\x8eProject Team Leaders.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Accomplish the outstanding maintenance & inspection work orders, close follow \xe2\x80\x8eup of newly generated PM and due inspection equipment and updates the work \xe2\x80\x8eorders and equipment history regularly through CMMS (MAXIMO) to maintain \xe2\x80\x8eminimum level of work orders backlog.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Assists and provides UAE nationals/ CAMS graduates with the necessary training \xe2\x80\x8eand knowledge transfer. Prepares and plans the necessary training and \xe2\x80\x8eassessment for his team to ensure their competency level to meet company \xe2\x80\x8estandards. \xe2\x80\x8e
• Ensures availability of minimum stock of critical spares by identifying the \xe2\x80\x8erequirement, raises VAPs, follows up creation of CIDs, raises MRs/ PRs, \xe2\x80\x8eprovides RFQs reviews, technical clarifications and evaluates the technical bids.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Prepares estimated budget schemes covering operating budget and budget \xe2\x80\x8erequests for the following year. Ensures all remedial actions for NMI/ Internal & \xe2\x80\x8eExternal audits/ under his responsibility are prioritized and cleared in a reasonable \xe2\x80\x8etime.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Ensures adherence of subordinates and contracted works force to company\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x8eHSE policy, standards and procedures, ensures safety equipment under custody \xe2\x80\x8eare in proper operating conditions, takes charge of fire-fighting search and rescue \xe2\x80\x8eteams in emergency and simulated exercises. \xe2\x80\x8e
• Ensures strict compliance and adherence to waste management system and ISO \xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8e14001 requirements and recommendations related to own activities. \xe2\x80\x8e
• Conducts regular STOP audits, Monthly Group safety meetings and tool box \xe2\x80\x8emeetings on daily basis.\xe2\x80\x8e
• Works in line with HSE policy and ensure awareness and compliance of HSE \xe2\x80\x8erules and regulations by subordinates.\xe2\x80\x8e
