Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Mechanical Supervisor

to oversee mechanical systems and ensure their efficient operation for a

reputed organization in Qatar

. The ideal candidate will manage maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support smooth operations across all mechanical installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems including HVAC, pumps, and other facility equipment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all mechanical systems are operating safely and efficiently. Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other engineering teams for installations, upgrades, and repairs. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and reports. Support energy management initiatives and cost-efficient solutions. Assist in mechanical design review and implementation of facility upgrades.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

. Minimum

3 years' experience

in Facility Maintenance and O&M projects. Strong technical knowledge for

Facility Maintenance Supervisors

. Proven experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills. Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and relevant software tools. Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards. Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
