Mechanical Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and direct a team of mechanical technicians and laborers.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other related systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to identify and address potential problems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage inventory of mechanical equipment and supplies.
• Prepare and submit reports on project progress and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures.
• Manage and track project documentation including drawings and manuals.
• Evaluate and approve materials and equipment purchases.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
• Significant UAE experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
