Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed mechanical structural and piping drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Interpret engineering drawings, sketches, and specifications to produce structural layouts and piping designs.
- Collaborate with engineers to understand project objectives and requirements for both mechanical structure and piping systems.
- Develop 2D and 3D models of mechanical structural components, piping systems, and associated components.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations for both mechanical structural and piping designs.
- Perform calculations and analyses to verify design feasibility for both mechanical structures and piping systems.
- Revise and modify drawings based on feedback and changes in project scope for
- both mechanical structure and piping works.
- Maintain organized documentation and records of drawings and revisions for both mechanical structure and piping designs.
- Support prototyping, testing, and manufacturing processes by providing accurate drawings and specifications for both mechanical structure and piping systems.
- Stay updated on advancements in CAD technology and industry best practices for both mechanical structure and piping design.
