A reputable construction and engineering firm is seeking a

Mechanical Site Engineer

for a prestigious

Hotel and Resort project

located in

Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah

. This is a fast-paced, site-based role requiring immediate mobilization and a solid background in mechanical systems for hospitality or large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting systems as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution. Monitor daily site activities, progress, and resolve mechanical-related technical issues. Participate in site meetings and provide engineering input related to mechanical works. Ensure all mechanical installations comply with project requirements, local codes, and standards. Follow up on technical submittals including shop drawings, method statements, and inspection requests. Support testing and commissioning processes for mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project safety protocols. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate key updates to project management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of site experience in mechanical works, ideally on hotel/resort or high-end developments in the UAE or GCC. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and standards. Familiar with local regulations and authority requirements in Ras Al Khaimah. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must be available to join within one week.
