Supervise and manage plumbing works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and UAE regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewage, firefighting, etc.).
Inspect materials, installations, and testing of plumbing systems to ensure quality and safety standards.
Prepare shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements as per project requirements.
Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Conduct site inspections, snagging, and handover processes.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
6+ years of UAE experience in plumbing works with a contracting company.
Knowledge of local codes (DM, ADDC, DEWA, etc.) and international standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and plumbing design software.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
