Job Title: Mechanical Site Engineer

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Industry: Construction/MEP

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Site Engineer to oversee and manage mechanical works at our project site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

. Supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical works on-site.

. Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance.

. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.

. Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing).

. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

. Implement and monitor site safety procedures and quality standards.

. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

. Proven experience in site supervision of mechanical works.

. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing, MEP).

. Familiarity with industry codes and standards.

. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

. Ability to meet deadlines.
