We are currently seeking a qualified

Mechanical Site Engineer

to support one of our major clients in the successful delivery of ongoing construction projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mechanical installations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect mechanical works such as HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports Assist in material take-offs, manpower planning, and work schedules Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of mechanical works Conduct testing and commissioning as per project requirements Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant

UAE experience

in mechanical site supervision Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems Familiarity with local regulations (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.) Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Immediate joiners will be given preference
