Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mechanical Site Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to oversee and coordinate mechanical works at the project site. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, or mechanical piping systems, with proven ability to manage site execution and ensure quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.) as per project specifications and drawings. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other site personnel for smooth execution of site activities. Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work in accordance with project timelines. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations. Review technical drawings and provide feedback or suggestions for improvements. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation. Ensure availability of materials, manpower, and tools as per site requirement. Resolve technical issues and provide support to the site team. Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. 2-5 years of relevant site experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in commercial and/or industrial projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
