Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum
5+ years' experience
in construction (with at least 2 years in Gulf countries).UPDA grade (Any Grade)
is preferred.Transferrable Visa with NOC
- Immediate availability. Strong background inbuildings, mixed-use developments, commercial and residential projects
.Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all mechanical site activities (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems). Ensure work is executed as per project specifications, drawings, safety regulations, and QA/QC standards. Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for smooth site execution. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight site issues. Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems. Manage and guide site supervisors and workforce for timely project delivery. Report to operation manager daily.
