We are looking for a
Site Engineer - Mechanical
with strongMEP experience
to oversee mechanical works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience invilla projects and data centers
, and a solid understanding of UAE construction practices.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting) as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with electrical and plumbing teams for integrated MEP execution. Monitor daily site activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Review and verify material submittals and shop drawings. Prepare daily progress reports and update project schedules. Resolve technical issues and liaise with consultants and clients for approvals. Ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements. Assist in testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in MEP site execution. Proven experience invilla projects and data center mechanical works
. Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations. Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with Primavera is an advantage. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.UAE experience preferred
; valid UAE driving license is an advantage.Job Type: Full-time
