Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
: Develop project plans, schedules, and oversee the execution of mechanical systems in construction projects.Technical Guidance
: Provide technical advice and support to construction teams, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and specifications.Quality Assurance
: Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.Collaboration
: Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems into overall project designs.Problem-Solving
: Identify and resolve mechanical issues on-site, making critical decisions to maintain project continuity.Documentation
: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, forecasts, and compliance records.Qualifications
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Experience
: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in construction or industrial projects.Technical Skills
: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, HVAC design software, and knowledge of mechanical codes and standards.Soft Skills
: Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in dynamic project environments.Work Environment
