Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled

Mechanical Sales Engineer

to join our trading company. The role involves promoting and selling specialized mechanical products--particularly

valves, pig launchers, receivers, and pipeline equipment

--supporting clients with technical information, and developing strong relationships with customers across relevant industries. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering combined with strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in all ADNOC projects and EPC projects. Identify and develop new business opportunities for mechanical pipeline products such as valves, pig launchers, receivers, and related components. Generate inquiries, prepare technical offers and follow up with clients to close deals. Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients and consultants. Interpret client technical requirements and propose suitable solutions and equipment. Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers regarding specifications, pricing, and lead times. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers in sectors like oil & gas. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Support tendering processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications and technical requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably dealing with valves, pipeline equipment, or related mechanical items. Strong understanding of mechanical and piping systems, especially in oil & gas and industrial applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and technically sound. Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi market standards and procurement processes. Fluent in English
