Job Description
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Mechanical QC Inspector to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Mechanical QC Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of mechanical equipment and systems through thorough inspections and testing. Your attention to detail and strong technical knowledge will be essential in identifying and resolving any quality issues.

- Perform inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to ensure quality control.
- Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests to verify dimensions, tolerances, and performance.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Identify and document any non-conformities or deviations from specifications, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to mechanical equipment and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, standards, and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
- Experience with inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and analyze quality issues.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
