Mechanical Project Engineer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical project activities.
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Monitor project progress, costs, and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance to teams.
Prepare reports and documentation for project milestones.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Required).
10-15 years of experience in contracting / MEP companies within UAE.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design, and construction processes.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., Dubai/Abu Dhabi regulations).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
