- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' experience in mechanical project execution within fit out / MEP projects with recent years being spent in UAE.
- Proven track record in managing high-end/luxury projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
- Currently based in the UAE with valid UAE experience
- Lead and manage mechanical project activities from design to completion
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.)
- Prepare technical submissions, material approvals, and shop drawings
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and company procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams
