MEP systems
and a proven track record in managing mechanical works in construction projects across GCC countries. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising mechanical project activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all
mechanical and MEP works
on assigned construction projects.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Review and approve
technical submittals, drawings, and material specifications
.
Monitor project progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
Ensure compliance with
MEP codes, standards, and safety regulations
.
Provide
technical guidance
and support to the site team.
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges on site.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain standards.
Prepare reports and maintain project documentation for management review.
Key Requirements:
Candidates
must be currently available in the UAE.
Bachelor's Degree
in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience
, with at least
5 years in GCC countries
in construction.
Strong knowledge of
MEP systems, codes, and standards
.
Excellent
project coordination and communication skills
.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
